Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: If we purchase using the denominations and qualified for a tier prize, are we entitled to the freebies AND the tier prize?
A: Yes, you'll receive the freebie prizes as well as the tier prize you qualified for.
Q: If I spent 6,500 ePoints and qualify for a Tier 4 prize, can I have multiple Tier 2 or Tier 3 prizes instead?
A: No, you will only receive the highest Tier you qualified for. If you want multiples of a tier, we suggest you enter different accounts and try to qualify for the desired Tier.
Q: How can I qualify for both Tarh and Rance in the same account?
A: Each specific MU purchase in MU Plus, Cash Shop and Web Store directs to a specific server. The server where the purchase was made for gets the credit. For example a Stat Reset purchas for a character in Rance, gets the purchase credit for Rance server and not for Tarh. Same goes for Cash Shop and Web Store purchases. MU Game Time is only for Tarh however.
Q: If I don't sign up but qualify for a tier, can I claim my prize and freebies?
A: No, you have to sign up first to receive freebies and for the tier prizes. This is to avoid confusion in who is qualified for what and what accounts to check for.
Q: What is a Medium Elite Healing Potion?
A: It's just like a regular Super Healing Potion except it's a cash item healing potion that comes in larger stacks.
