Scouts Program

mobius scouts program is an incentive based rewards program for interested players who are aggressive and willing to do part time field work. This project requires these mobius scouts to do market research, handle local café's in their covered area and more importantly, capture café information. Part of what a mobius scout does is introduce and educate café owner and their "bantay" of the different mobiusgame titles.
Qualifications
- Willing to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be familiar with all mobiusgames titles.
- Can deliver complete and reliable data, including documentation.
- Must be resourceful and must be adept to doing café interviews, follow ups.
- Should know how to use the Internet, MS Applications.
- Has a positive attitude, sense of humor, and tenacious nature.
Code of Conduct
Scouts are players who volunteered to be field agents for mobius games and as such still represent the company and are expected to act accordingly and professionally.
What does a mobius Scout do?
- Look for café's that are not in the mobius list of preferred cafés.
- Get café information and submit it to mobius.
- Assist café owners in buying ePoints, giving them the necessary assistance needed.
- Introduce and educate café owners and their "bantay" of the different mobius games titles.
- Installation of mobius games and post posters in café.
Policies
The behavior that is expected of a scout includes but is not limited to the list below:
- Airing of grievances of your personal account(s) in a public arena such as the forums, in-game or while in the field is highly discouraged. Forward your concerns to Game Management by opening a ticket or to your department head.
- Spreading of rumors that affect the reputation of mobius and/or any or all of its representatives and employees. This also includes giving false information to the community and/or its business partners. Being a scout is a privilege which should not be abused.
- The faking of gathered field information will not be tolerated.
- Do not ask for other users’ account information. NEVER ask for another user’s account information especially the password.
- Selling mobius marketing paraphernalia will not be tolerated. If a scout should choose to leave the program, he or she is expected to return all of the unused marketing materials back to the mobius main office.
Scouts are still governed under the EULA, forum and player policies regarding the use of their respective accounts. As such, scouts are not entitled to special privileges outside of their compensation.
